I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Istanbul, and I must say that my experience was greatly enhanced by the exceptional service provided by one of the receptionists, Bayram. From the moment I arrived, Bayram was incredibly welcoming and attentive. He took the time to ensure that my check-in process was smooth and efficient, making me feel right at home in a new city. What truly stood out was his dedication to ensuring that I had the best possible stay. Bayram not only provided me with a fantastic room that exceeded my expectations, but he also went above and beyond in every interaction. Whether it was offering recommendations for local attractions, assisting with transportation, or simply checking in to see if I needed anything, he was always available and eager to help. His knowledge of the area was invaluable, and his friendly demeanor made every encounter a pleasure. In a world where excellent customer service can sometimes be hard to find, Bayram truly exemplified what it means to be a great hotel receptionist. His commitment to guest satisfaction was evident in every aspect of my stay, and I left with a positive impression of the hotel largely due to his efforts. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, not just for the quality of the accommodations, but for the outstanding service provided by Bayram. Everything was absolutely amazing. The staff was so helpful. Absolutely amazing service. The location is perfect, very close to all the main locations, sultanmeniye mosque, hagia Sofia mosque, blue mosque, grand bazar and spice bazar. Everything was within 20min walking distance. Everything was absolutely perfect and I would definitely recommend the place to everyone. All the staff were always so polite and ready to help, in the day and in the evening. I asked for tea and milk late at night and they always helped. The staff are very knowledgeable about the area and they helped with organising tours and taxis. We booked 3 separate rooms and all of them were upto an excellent standard. The rooms were cleaned every single day. The breakfast was delicious and such a variety was provided every morning. The staff including Firat, Hassan and Bayram were so polite. It shows that they are very experienced specifically Firat who communicated with me before I even landed in the country. I know I will definitely come back. Thank you to everyone for the amazing experience.

Convenient location in the Old City. You can easily walk to most historical places. A two-minute walk to the metro station. Which is very important in Istanbul today. There are lots of eateries and shops around the area. A nice and cozy hotel. Excellent staff. We arrived in the early morning and they did their best to prepare our room for early check-in. So we didn't wait till 14:00. They even invited us to have breakfast while waiting for the room to be prepared. Breakfasts are very good with the variety of Turkish traditional dishes.
